These milder flavor hickory smoked hams are like a "second cousin" to the Genuine Smithfield ham, but the curing process has been shortened to allow for a miler, less salty flavor. These have been aged to perfection for a minimum of three months but are still dry salt-cured to retain a distinctive country-style flavor. Completely cooked with bone removed for ease of carving.
PLEASE NOTE these hams have been dry cured with SALT and must be sliced paper thin to enjoy the full country flavor.
This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. UPS delivers Mon - Fri. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2-3 transit days after processing) is required or desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. This will add $12.00 to shipping. Express Delivery is required for Alaska and Hawaii. Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item.
