Made from the award-winning Red Eye Country Ham., a well-trimmed, nugget-shaped ham with no waste. Dry-cured flavor, yet moist and succulent. Packaged in a cloth bag and perfectly proportioned for smaller families or smaller appetites. Although slightly milder than a Smithfield ham, country hams retain that distinctive old-fashioned country cure flavor. A shorter curing process results in this more subtle, slightly milder flavor.

PLEASE NOTE these hams have been dry cured with SALT and must be sliced thin to enjoy the full country flavor.

This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. UPS delivers Mon - Fri. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days after processing) is required or desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering.
