How to Return or Exchange a Purchase
Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. In the unlikely event that an item you purchased is damaged or defective, we will replace or refund your purchase if it is eligible.
Perishable and NonPerishable Products
If an item you have purchased from us is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at customerservice@thevirginiamarketplace.com with a written explanation. Defective or damaged products must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.Please do not return any product to us without our written approval. Please keep the product and the original packaging. Please mail the item in its original packaging, the written approval and the packing slip to the address on the written approval.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
