Bourbon Barrel Sauce Suggestions:

Ice Cream Sauce: Blend 1 shot Bourbon with 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream

Bourbon Sauce: Heat 1 part butter, 1 part sugar and 1/s part water til melted and caramel color. Add 1 part bourbon and stir.

Maple Sauce: Heat 1 part butter, 1 part maple syrup and 1/2 part water til melted and caramel color.
